What does coaching mean?
Coaching supports you to set and implement personal and professional objectives by developing and enhancing the needed skills.
Through the coaching process your internal and external resources become clear to you. You overcome barriers and reach a new energy level. You concentrate on subjects very important to you, here and now, and you create your own plan for the future. With know-how, heart and discernment I accompany you until you go forward on your own.
Which methods is coaching based on?
Conversation, asking questions and active listening are at the core of my coaching practice. We define together a clear, authentic objective for you. On the way to this objective we give each other regular feedback. The work is based on transactional analysis and cerebral preferences. These offer, by means of communication, new ways of perception, interpretation and interaction. With Art coaching, we have one of the most efficient approach to develop innovative proceedings. Further methods like NLP (Neurolinguistic programming), EFT (Emotional FreedomTechniques) and systemic constellation are available.
Step by step Coaching process:
- Objective definition: We define your „SMART“-objective:
S – specific, M - measurable, A - achievable, R – realistic, T – timed
An objective, good for you and for your environment - Clarification: together we analyse the situation today, identify your resources and your breaks (obstacles)
- Options: we state together what is feasible and creatively you list and compare all the options
- Action plan: with my support, you find the most efficient strategy for you in time and energy
- Follow-up: we go together on your way until you’ve reached autonomy
