Duration and frequency of coaching sessions?
This depends upon your own particular coaching needs. It is possible that you reach your objective after one or two sessions or require a more extensive course of coaching sessions.

According to the coaching objective I recommend between six to 12 sessions every two weeks. One and a half hours in private sector and two hours in the business field (at the working place).

As well as face to face sessions it is possible to have a coaching session via telephone or Skype.

The length depends on your groups’ needs for support. According to the coaching objective I can moderate several working groups in either full day or half day programs.

Place and Price

Where does the coaching session take place?
This can be flexible: at your place of work or in my office in Riehen, close to Basel-Town.

How much does it cost?
My client base are individuals and companies located in Switzerland, Germany or France. Therefore, pricing is according to the coaching requirement and currency rates of the day. Please contact me via Contact or by telephone so that I can provide you with a quote.

Tripartite contract

This is a contract between the coach, the client (the person to be coached) and the company who pays the costs. The client is motivated for the coaching and in the best case scenario they are the initiator. The two hour session usually takes place at the company for six up to 12 sessions over a several months period.

In a first place I clarify the existing situation and the required coaching steps. In an one hour meeting I speak to the client and in a separate one hour meeting also with the company representative (superior and/or HR). This is followed by a meeting with all three parties.

Usually I recommend between two and four half day sessions. In a constructive atmosphere, in small or larger groups each member has space to express himself. A creative and positive environment enable strengthen the teamwork spirit. The session ends with a „debriefing“, a feedback about the way the team works best in the everyday life following the common values.

Further meetings every one to two months and then yearly are recommended to strengthen and sustain the progress achieved during the initial coaching sessions.
